The Integrated System own AVL - Automatic Vehicle Location System scanned by Satellite (GPS) and are monitored at CCO - Operational Control Center.

Supply and Implantation of 8 Radio Dispatch Consoles model 4016/4115B and 1 Controler Unit 4048, manufactured by ZETRON.
The consoles that control all the 34 RFchannels of the Metrô, including the communication TREM-CCO, was integrated on the operation consoles of the system (see photo bellow).
The SGM farther supply and implant the system, developed the interfaces of signaling each one of the controled lines: Blue (North/South), Green (Paulista Avenue) and Red (East/West). |
It has been foreseen during the implantation of the system the paralell operation with the old equipment, pending the new was beeing accepted.
This operation show the capacity of the SGM to project and implant customized systems according to the needs of each customer.

Project, Supply and Implantation of a HF Radio System of 1kW output power to ground-air communication. The system consists of a control center and two RF stations. Each station is compound of nine receivers, a transmitter and a high performance antenna. The project and the equipment were supplied by Mackay Radio Systems, Inc. located in Raleigh, NC - USA. The control console uses digital signal processors to detect and filter the received signals. The operation software runs in Windows 95 environment.
The SGM supplied:
- Project and building of two shelters to the radio stations;
- Project and construction of the pipes to pass the connection cables between the control center and the radio stations;
- Building of foundations and installation of two wide-band elliptic-conic HF antennas;
- Installation of radio equipment and control console;
- Installation of connection cables between the radio stations and the control center;
- Test and activation of the system.

Development, Production and Implantation of High Power VHF - UHF Repeaters with only Solar Panel supply.
Repeater Features:
The Parallel Repeater Station is compound of 2 (two) mobiles transceivers, connected to an Audio Repetition Interface.
The VHF/FM transceiver (148-174 MHz) has EEPROM programmable channels on microcomputer IBM/PC compatible, 45 Watts RF output power.
The UHF/FM transceiver (440-470 MHz) has EEPROM programmable channels on microcomputer IBM/PC compatible, 15 Watts RF output power.
The main energy system is supplied by 4 Siemens photovoltaics 75 Watts modules interconnected.
The DC supply has back-up system composed of 4 (four) 100 Ah batteries, parallel allied, supplying a total of 400 Ah.
This configuration assure an autonomy of 4 days without solar irradiation incidence. |
